Mavis carries the history of a demanding, hardworking life in the lines of her beautiful, brown face, which is now gracefully transitioning from brown to grey. Because comforts were few and far between in her past, she recognizes exactly how special her retirement is. The moment she arrived at Longhopes, she embraced her new life wholeheartedly, making it very clear that this would be her permanent, final home.

Mavis is thoroughly soaking up the luxury of retirement, spending her days relaxing without a single worry on her mind. She has developed a hilarious and endearing preference for male companionship, happily spending her time lounging alongside any gentleman donkey who crosses her path. Mavis is truly content, savoring every bit of the peace, rest, and soft bedding she worked so hard for.
