Tansy

Tansy arrived August 2007 as a hungry and pregnant 4 year old jennet.  24 days later she gave birth to a jennet foal named M&M.  Tansy was a great mother but M&M has now grown up and been adopted. 

That means Tansy can renew her friendship with Ellie, the look-a-like 3 year old jennet who was her companion before M&M.

This donkey is no pushover.  She is cautious and suspicious.  She has changed dramatically from the semi-wild jennet that arrived last fall and will continue to blossom with some attention.  She is a very attractive, well proportioned standard jennet with a shiny brown coat.
