Ginger age 9  

Ginger is a very health, sorrel standard jennet who survived severe neglect by a former owner before she found a place at Longhopes in March 2008. 

She was also pregnant when she arrived.

Ginger is now a proud mother of a very handsome black jack foal who is a perfect donkey specimen.

We can tell from her parenting that Ginger is smart, and experienced.

No predator would ever encroach on

Ginger's territory.

When her jack foal is weaned Ginger will be ready to head on to a new home and new life.
