Amber age 4 Standard Jennet

Amber is a cute young brown and white (paint) jennet.

She came to Longhopes with Orchid who we believe to be her mother.  They are very bonded.  In September 2010 Amber surprised us with a jennet foal.

Amber is 46" tall and weighs about 378 pounds.

Allegra is going to be a small standard about 40-42 inches.

Allegra, Amber and Orchid are all very bonded to each other.  Orchid and Amber are both rideable.  Allegra shows great promise for driving.  Amber and Orchid could drive too.

This 3 generation family of donkeys wants to stay together.  They are all very calm, friendly and easy to handle.
